Lee White is the co-founder and president of Northwest Media. He single-parented two boys, now grown. His personal interests include writing, kayaking, ceramics, classic cars, and nature.

Caesar Pacifici, (Pa-chee-fee-chee) Ph.D. is the director of research at Northwest Media. He specializes in developing and evaluating innovative media-based approaches in education. In his clinical practice he works with teenagers and young adults. His personal interests include guitar, golf, gardening, and tai chi.

Mary Ditson, M.C.A.T. is an educator with a professional background in the arts who conducts a variety of training programs through Northwest Media. She is the mother of four children, ages 8 to 14 years.

Mike Novotny is the talented 18 year-old illustrator of The Manual. His interests include art, skateboarding, and surfing.

The company, often working under federal funding, has produced and evaluated multimedia training and educational programs that incorporate video, interactive video, and web-based formats. Northwest Media is a privately owned business based in Eugene, Oregon and currently employs 30 people.
