It's My Marriage! This online marriage education course will help spouses strengthen their relationship, resolve conflict, and promote intimacy through improved communication.

With the help of the workshop facilitator and four couples, participants in the It's My Marriage! course are taught to recognize both constructive and destructive patterns of communication. Participants will learn to recognize communication danger signs, how to find hidden issues, and the steps for solving problems. They will also learn the "Take A Break" and "Speaker-Listener" techniques.

It's My Marriage! is based on the Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) developed from over 30 years of research in the field of relationship health and success by Drs. Howard Markman and Scott Stanley of the Center for Marital and Family Studies at the University of Denver.
